This year the focus is on questions relating to returning to Switzerland.

New dates 2023 “Aging abroad”
In October and December 2022, the Embassy held the first two events on the theme “𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱” in Hua Hin and Pattaya. These events have shown which important precautionary measures can be taken in order to be optimally prepared for the third phase of life abroad.
The events held in Hua Hin and Pattaya were very well received and attended by over 140 (Hua Hin) and 200 (Pattaya) people from the colony. The lively exchange and the many interesting questions showed that there is great interest in the topics of retirement provision and inheritance law. The next events will take place in Phuket and Chiang Mai.

The focus is on our consular services and consular protection.
Topics such as identification documents, confirmations, illness, need, precautionary measures and survivors' pensions are discussed. After the presentations you will have the opportunity to ask questions. We ask for your understanding that due to the limited places, Swiss citizens have priority and that later registrations may not be considered for the aforementioned reason. Please register by email by November 18th, 2022 at the latest, stating the language and the name of all participants (maximum 2 people per household) to the following address: bangkok.aa@eda.admin.ch .
